Our Lane is private land. It is owned and controlled by the Thirlestane Lane Association which in turn is comprised of the owners of the properties in the Lane. So the Lane is our 'front garden'. Of course we welcome pedestrian visitors to enjoy the ambience, see the buildings, and reflect on their Victorian origins. (The buildings, that is!).
